The ATV trail is an old logging road that traverses the west facing slope of the ridge
between Silver Creek and the Middle Fork of the Payette River. The trail passes through
stands of Ponderosa pine, Douglas fir, and across the top of the old Pine Creek burn.
Keep an eye out for moose along the way. This trail provides a non-groomed opportunity
for snow machines in the winter. Please stay on the trails, this is a designated area for
travel management.
